Return Policy
Cosmetic House LK wants every customer to order with confidence. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Returns and exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, swatched, damaged-by-customer, or unsealed cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept a return or exchange request only if the item received is incorrect, damaged during delivery, expired, or significantly different from the confirmed order.
Request window
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order through WhatsApp or email with the order ID, product photos, parcel photos, and a clear explanation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after we review the issue. Refunds may be made by bank transfer or the original payment method where available. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Order availability
Some products are sourced after customer confirmation. We confirm final price and availability before accepting payment whenever required.
Delivery
We provide islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka. Delivery charges and final order totals are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
